One job, not a whole qualification
A twelve-month programme trains you for a profession; a certificate trains you for one job within that profession, in 128 hours over three months, with no placement or dissertation. It leads to the CQP — Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle, which the ministry used to call the AQP. ACERFI invites MINEFOP to supervise the session: if it supervises, it co-signs the certificate, otherwise ACERFI signs alone. Examination fees come on top: 35,000 FCFA.
Because the course runs only three months, several intakes open during the year; the next one is Monday 5 October 2026, in daytime as in evening classes. The full qualification in the same profession stays open afterwards. This page lists them all; the calendar announces those that are opening, and an opening depends on numbers.

Where they sit
The evening course runs 40 hours and costs 100,000 F: it opens up a skill. The certificate runs 128 hours and costs 250,000 F: it opens up a job, with a qualification to show for it. The twelve-month programme runs 1,180 hours and costs 500,000 F: it opens up a whole profession, placement and dissertation included, and leads to a DQP or a CQP depending on the programme.
The three follow on from one another: nothing obliges you to start at the top, and a certificate already earned is not lost if you later go for the full qualification.
