I Client case
Port Autonome de Kribi · Odoo 18.
The Port Autonome de Kribi, a strategic asset on Cameroon's Atlantic coast, was until recently running on a patchwork information system. ACERFI was chosen to lead the migration to Odoo 18, to structure the change management and to train the operational managers.
The project began with a full mapping of flows — customs, logistics, financial — carried out on site. Our team configured the business modules and migrated the historical data, piloting on one quay before a supervised general rollout.
Beyond the technical delivery, it was user training and the documenting of procedures that made it stick. Three years after the first switchover, the teams run their ERP themselves. ACERFI remains as second-line support and third-party maintenance.

In-house training
We design bespoke programmes from your skills map. Prior assessment, calibrated modules, blended delivery — on site, virtual classrooms, self-study resources. Our trainers work with a consultancy's rigour and a school's teaching craft. Peer assessment, internal certification, a six-month review to measure what has stuck. Odoo 18 implementation in constrained environments, generative AI agents integrated into business processes, bespoke platforms. Our flagship reference — the Port Autonome de Kribi — shows the standard we hold: logistics flows modelled, careful configuration, user training, post-switchover support. We deliver systems that last, not demonstration prototypes.
Continental co-construction
