Payment
Tuition is paid in instalments, not all at once.
01The deposit holds the place
It is deducted from the 50 % due at enrolment — it is not an extra. It is not returned if you withdraw, and it is refunded in full if the session does not open.

Who can enrol?
Two programmes open from the BEPC, most require the Baccalaureat, and the technical streams (networks, development) a science Baccalaureat. If you are unsure, the guidance interview settles it with you, before any financial commitment.
How much does a programme cost?
500,000 F CFA for a twelve-month programme. 250,000 F CFA for a three-month certificate — the same fee for all sixty. Tuition is paid in instalments: 50 % on enrolment, the balance over three monthly payments at most. Examination fees, set by MINEFOP, come on top: 35,000 FCFA, for the DQP as for the CQP.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. The ACERFI Foundation awards scholarships to applicants who could not otherwise follow a twelve-month programme. They are granted on published criteria, and the Foundation then pays part of your invoice: it is not a discount, the fee does not change. Applications are made on the Foundation's website: fondation.acerfi.net/en/bourses.
Is the qualification recognised?
ACERFI is a MINEFOP-accredited centre. Depending on the programme, you work towards a DQP or a CQP. The DQP is sat at the national examinations, on the ministry's calendar. The CQP is run by the centre: ACERFI sets the date and invites MINEFOP to supervise the examination — if it supervises, it co-signs the certificate, otherwise ACERFI signs alone. The difference lies in who runs the examination, never in the value of the qualification.
Where are the classes held?
ACERFI has three sites: Ngousso, the head office, in Yaounde; Nsimalen, five minutes from the airport; and Douala. Every programme is backed by the online campus, open day and night. Which site hosts a given intake is checked programme by programme — your adviser tells you at the interview.
Day or evening?
Both, for the twelve-month programmes as for the certificates: same syllabus, same qualification, same fee. Only the timetable changes. The twelve-month programme runs 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.; the certificate, two hours a day.
