Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any enrolment on a course delivered by ACERFI Formation (long programmes, vocational certificates, Smart Kids Academy, or any other programme listed on this site), for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Enrolment is completed once the application file has been assembled, reviewed by the admissions team, and the fees due under the chosen option have been paid. The admission process is set out in full on the Enrolment page.
The fees shown in the course catalogue are stated in CFA francs, all charges included. For long programmes, tuition may be paid in either of two ways:
• in instalments: 50 % on enrolment, then the balance over three monthly payments at most. The 50,000 FCFA booking deposit is not an extra charge: it is deducted from the 50 % due on enrolment;
• in full at enrolment, with a 10 % discount on the tuition amount.
A payment schedule is issued with the receipt. Access to assessments is conditional on payment of the instalments due.
Any request to cancel or postpone an enrolment must be sent in writing to [email protected].
• The 50,000 FCFA booking deposit secures the applicant's place: once it is paid, the place is no longer offered to anyone else. It is therefore not refunded if the applicant withdraws.
• The enrolment may be postponed once, to another session in the same academic year. The deposit remains attached to the applicant's name and cannot be transferred to someone else.
• If ACERFI Formation does not open the session, the deposit is refunded in full.
For sums paid beyond the deposit, refund conditions are set out to the applicant when the request is reviewed, in the light of how far the course concerned has progressed.
At the end of the course, and subject to passing the required assessments, the learner receives an ACERFI attestation or certification, under the MINEFOP accreditation · Republic of Cameroon.
