01Data collected

This site collects only the data you send us voluntarily through our forms (contact, enrolment, call-back request): name, email, telephone, and the content of your message or your application.

To this is added, if you choose to use the site's conversational assistant, the name you give it and the content of the messages you write to it.

02Purpose of processing

This data is used solely to handle your request — answering a question, processing an application, or getting back to you at your own initiative. It is neither sold on nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

03Conversational assistant

The assistant available at the foot of the page answers from a predefined script, without generative artificial intelligence. The messages you freely type there, and the name you give, are sent to our internal request-tracking tool, hosted on our own infrastructure: this allows an ACERFI adviser to see your request and, where appropriate, to carry on the conversation with you directly in the assistant's window. None of this data is sent to a third-party analytics or advertising service.

Your name, a technical session identifier and the conversation reference are stored in your browser's local storage, so that the assistant recognises you from one visit to the next and does not ask you the same questions again. You can erase them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. If you would rather send nothing, simply do not use the assistant: the forms and contact details remain available to you.

04Audience measurement and cookies

This site uses no third-party audience measurement tool (Google Analytics or equivalent) and no advertising cookie. Only cookies strictly necessary to the technical operation of the site may be set.

05Retention period

Data sent through our forms is kept for as long as is needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal and educational obligations (an enrolled learner's file being kept for the duration of their course and for the time needed to issue their certification).

06Your rights

You have a right of access to, rectification of and erasure of the data concerning you. To exercise that right, contact us at [email protected].
