The programme
What it is.
AI-augmented data analysis and engineering certificate programme — MINEFOP CQP, 12 months. 1,180 h over 12 months: common core 240 h, specialisation 640 h, work placement in a company 300 h. Delivered under MINEFOP accreditation and leading to a CQP — Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle. ACERFI invites MINEFOP to supervise the session: if it supervises, it co-signs the certificate; otherwise ACERFI signs it alone. CQP examination fees, set by MINEFOP, are charged on top of the tuition: 35,000 FCFA. The job that feeds AI. Like all our programmes from this year on, it includes a foundation in AI and prompt engineering: professional software now embeds AI, and knowing how to drive it is part of the job.

Objectives
What you will be able to do.
By the end of the programme, the learner is able to:
• read, clean and visualise a dataset, and draw findings from it that are useful for decision-making;
• build and maintain the pipelines that collect data, clean it and keep it up to date;
• prepare and annotate the training sets of an AI system, and track their lifecycle;
• build a dashboard and keep it up to date, with an AI copilot in support.

Requirements
What you need beforehand.
- Comfortable with a spreadsheet. No technical prerequisite for the analysis strand; a taste for logical reasoning for the engineering strand.
Common core
240 hours shared by every long programme.
Before the specialisation, every cohort shares this foundation — including a signature introductory module on artificial intelligence.

Work placement in a company
300 hours in a company, and a professional dissertation.
After the common core and the specialisation, the programme ends on the job. The work placement is supervised by a school tutor and concludes with a dissertation defended before a panel — it completes the 1,180 hours.

Certification
What you obtain.
